Select Contracts was looking to update their online messaging and marketing materials, but they realized the need to first revisit their corporate vision and mission. We helped them by identifying some trends and opportunities relating to their sector; designing and facilitating the team workshops; developing a SWOT analysis; creating a workable structure for their strategic plan; and drafting their new vision, mission and strategic plan on a page.
