Leadership + Innovation Work 

We seek ways to advance our mission by identifying community and organizational needs – or wicked problems – and innovative ways to address them. This often means crafting a unique community-based project, building the right team to execute it, and seeking the funding required to make it happen. Examples of projects that we’ve created and delivered are:

• Squamish Lillooet Regional Food Sustainability Task Force (2017-2020)
• Sea to Sky Food Recovery and Redistribution Strategy (2020-2021)
• Metro Vancouver Low Carbon Cities Canada startup (2020-2021)
