Participation
With extensive experience in cat herding, we are participation pros. We get folks talking and engaged through a range of fun and meaningful participatory processes that allow lots of people to engage in their preferred way. The end results are crowd-pleasing plans that advance desired objectives.
Place
Whether its shoes or solutions, a one-size-fits all approach just doesn’t cut it. That’s why our work is place-based and co-created with communities and organizations to ensure solutions are context specific.
People
Including a diversity of people and perspectives has always been important to us. We apply an equity lens to our work to ensure the full diversity of communities and organizations is represented in the processes, policies and plans that we help to create.
We have supported over 50 communities and organizations around BC, Alberta and the Yukon on a variety of planning, policy, engagement, research and capacity-building projects.
