Monitoring and Evaluation

We help clients design and implement a monitoring and evaluation program to measure what matters, and help communicate the information in order to increase engagement, and to focus and improve planning and decision-making.

In a global landscape that is rapidly shifting, monitoring and evaluating your community’s progress is required to help communities foster trust, adapt, learn and leverage new opportunities.

Developing a suite of indicators  to monitor your goals and implementation progress can be daunting, especially when it is often difficult to gather reliable and available data. Using an integrated lens and based on your community’s desired goals, we can help you develop the best mix of community indicators that your collective resources will allow. Paired with strategic planning and ongoing evaluation of your community’s sustainability planning process, monitoring and reporting helps to foster program improvements and more targeted action delivery.
