Strategic Plan
The Skwxwú7mesh Líl̓wat Cultural Centre (SLCC) wished to engage the board and senior management in a two day planning process to develop a three year strategic plan. This was the first time that that this board of directors and staff came together to discuss a shared vision for the organization.
The outcomes of the planning session were a renewed vision and mission for the SLCC, clear desired outcomes, strategies and key initiatives for each of their program areas.
The role of the Whistler Centre for Sustainability was to conduct a pre-planning survey and compile the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis to inform the planning process, design the process, facilitate the planning session, and write the strategic plan.
