Faro Official Community Plan, Integrated Community Sustainability Plan and Corporate Strategic Plan

Forever Faro was a streamlined process to develop three plans through one efficient and cost effective process. It resulted in an updated Integrated Community Sustainability Plan and Official Community Plan, and the development of a new Corporate Strategic Plan. Combining the three plans into one process allowed us to create a structure, process and advisory committee that could be used throughout, making the process highly efficient and resulting in plans that are easy to follow and use.
