Whistler Sport Legacies – Strategic Plan
Project Description
We were very pleased to be asked to design and deliver a strategic planning workshop to a team of Whistler Sport Legacies staff and board members. The initial workshop was followed by two more sessions, and we pulled the discussions and input together into a revised vision document and a strategic plan on a page. They were very happy with the process and outcomes, so have asked that we design and deliver their next strategic planning process as well as the State of Sport meetings they co-host with Own the Podium and the Canadian Sport Institute.
