Hinton Monitoring and Evaluation
Project Description
Having embarked on an ambitious Integrated Community Sustainability Plan, the Town of Hinton wished to further articulate plan outcomes and develop a monitoring and evaluation system. A series of sessions with their advisory committee allowed narrowed down the outcomes and allowed for the selection of indicators and targets. Once the indicators were selected we developed a baseline report and annual update tools. Our work also involved creating a tool to support innovative decision making.
