Project Description

A unique and bold tourism project intended to assist small, tourism-based municipalities to support and increase visitation required our services to develop a common yet differentiated monitoring, reporting and evaluation program to report out on project successes, learnings, and outcomes.  Ongoing support includes annual report development, data collection, survey development, meeting facilitation, capacity building and  coaching. Communities include: City of Fernie, Town of Golden, Village of Harrison Hot Springs, District of Invermere, City of Kimberley, Town of Osoyoos, Village of Radium Hot Springs, City of Revelstoke, City of Rossland, Sun Peaks Mountain Resort Municipality, District of Tofino, District of Ucluelet, Village of Valemount, and the Resort Municipality of Whistler.

Client: The Province of British Columbia, the Resort Municipality of Whistler
and thirteen other resort communities in British Columbia comprising: Golden,
Radium Hot Springs, Invermere, Fernie, Kimberley, Rossland, Revelstoke,
Valemount, Osoyoos, Harrison Hot Springs, Tofino, Ucluelet and Sun Peaks.
